With experience spanning major brands like Sprint, nTelos Wireless, and American Family Fitness, Paul has built a career focused on driving growth and elevating the customer experience across service-based industries.

At The Strum Group, Paul develops and oversees custom marketing strategies designed to maximize exposure and impact for every listing. From targeted digital campaigns and social media promotion to professionally crafted print materials and open house marketing, each plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of the property and client.

Paul and his wife, Lori, have been married for 22 years, having met in college. They have two talented children—his son plays college lacrosse, and his daughter dances and plays the violin. The family has called Richmond home since 2012, are longtime Richmond Spiders basketball fans, and have been season ticket holders for over 10 years.
